One of the design concepts is the circulation. The landscape is zoned as four spatial experiences, extending from the site periphery to the inner court fronting the built mass. The main landscape circulation stems from the four corner nodes. The west and east nodes spiral downward into the exterior sunken plazas, while the north and south nodes flow into the structural ribbons of the inner atrium.

The second concept is the facade tiles. Those tiles reflect the building's activity and landscape to offer pixelated perspectives.

Thirdly, the sustainability. The incorporation of natural ventilation, solar gain and daylighting principles tailored to the local context. It is the first retail mall in China to use natural ventilation on a large scale and has achieved Gold Leed certification.

The building incorporates retail spaces, offices, housing and a hotel.

Samuel         : I think you should gather more experience in this country, then explore your experience onto the other country. I think architects should discover more rather than staying just one place.
